Kayode is a Senior Counsel and heads the Abuja Practice Group of the firm based in Abuja.
Over his 10 year career, he has garnered experience in litigation corporate and commercial law. He focuses on Company Law and Corporate Governance, Tax, Immigration and Telecommunications, Infrastructure projects, anti-corruption and compliance due diligence and advisory, media, sports and entertainment law
Kayode, prior to joining LPC, gained extensive know-how regarding diverse areas of law such as taxation, employment, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions and security issues arising from project and infrastructure finance transactions. He is a highly knowledgeable and well-seasoned legal practitioner with experience in vital transactions such as advising several foreign investors on investing in Nigeria and routinely advises on company law, corporate governance issues and regulatory compliance
